The Foundation for International Research & Education, known as FIRE is a Non Governmental Organization (NGO - a non-profit organization) based in Colorado Springs with offices in Bhubaneswar, capital of Orissa state of India. 

The primary work of FIRE in Orissa is to research the best ways to bring solid development and positive community transformation to the over 36 million people of Orissa state. 

The implementation of these transformation systems is though grassroots research to create practical education, leadership training for positive and sustained development.
